Milford Staff Technology Help Desk Request
Staff: As a reminder please use the district SchoolDude IT Ticket System for all your related technology issues:
Similar to our Maintenance HelpDesk, this ticketing system will improve response time to IT issues and help us to see those issues through to completion. As tickets are entered they are prioritized for completion by the IT technician who will assist you with your problem and close the ticket. You will be notified when the ticket is closed via email.
A few things to note:
- Please do not submit a second ticket for an outstanding request.
- Please email the assigned technician for status updates.
- Only open a second ticket if the issue had already been resolved, and has occurred again.
