Involves answering 6 questions for 30 minutes once a month.  At least 2 problems each time will require no mathematics beyond elementary algebra and geometry and none beyond pre-calculus.  It is an opportunity to apply and develop problem-solving skills similar to those needed on the SAT tests.  Awards will be given to schools and students nationally, regionally (by county in Mass.), and within the school.  It can be included on activity lists for college applications and can help qualify students for National Honor Society membership.

The contests will be held in Room A-8 for 30 minutes after school beginning, Thursday, October 14, 2021 and thereafter on various Wednesdays for five more months.
