Welcome

  • Principal Otlin Dear Prospective Students and Families,

On behalf of the faculty, staff, and students at Milford High School, I welcome you to our learning community.  I hope your website visit becomes a campus visit where you can feel the magnanimous spirit and energy of our outstanding school.  We are honored to have been named by Boston Magazine as one of the 2016 Best Schools in the Boston area.

Milford High School offers a wide array of academic, athletic and extracurricular opportunities.  Our rigorous academic program includes 21 AP course offerings as well as 53 courses at the Honors level.   We are also one of the few area high schools that offers four different foreign language options as well as a fifth opportunity to learn Mandarin through our Virtual High School program.

Our caring, dedicated faculty will also help your student discover his/her passions—whether it is robotics, photography or finance-- our selection of electives for your student to choose from is second to none.  Our programs provide a pathway for your student to enrich their lives through self-discipline, goal-setting and collaborative learning.   Our mission at MHS is to develop the whole person and to help each and every student develop the core values for success -- Strength, Opportunity, Achievement and Respect.

We welcome your student to shadow MHS. Come see our Robotics and Engineering Labs, Olympic-sized swimming pool, AP Physics, Chemistry, and Biology Labs, Hospitality and Tourism Management Program, Performing and Visual Arts Facilities, Athletic Facilities and so much more.

High school is an important time in a student’s academic career…a time for exploration and a time to prepare for your future.  We are all here to help on that journey.  Please don’t hesitate to email me with any questions you may have.   We look forward to meeting you.

    Sincerely,

    Joshua Otlin, Principal
