Substitute Application Information

Substitute Application Packets (required for ALL Substitute positions – Teacher, Assistant, Custodian, Cafeteria, Crossing Guard or Nurse) are available online and can be printed from the links below. Packets are also available in the Front Desk/Security vestibule at Milford High School.

New and Returning Substitute Packets for the 2025/2026 school year will be available on the website in late July.
