    The Aspen Family and Student Portals are CLOSED while we prepare the system for the new school year. 
    The Portals will be re-opened before the start of school in August.

    The Aspen Student Information System gives parents/guardians and students the ability to see school information through the Family Portal.  Families with students in grades 6 through 12 can use the Family Portal to view current demographic data, attendance, schedules, assignments and grades for their students. By monitoring progress throughout the term, families can address issues before they become serious.  Students in grades 8 to 12 also have Student Portals where they may access this information for themselves.   

    Upon request (see Form link below), parents/guardians will receive a unique login name and password giving them secure, read-only access to their student‘s data.  If there is more than one student in the family, the parent/guardian logs onto the Family Portal only once, and simply selects which student’s data to view.   

    Only students in grades 6 - 12 are visible in the Family Portal.
